General Trade Export

General trade export refers to the unilateral export trade carried out by various companies and enterprises (including foreign - invested enterprises) in China that have the export right. Usually, it is finalized through signing contracts, agreements, correspondence, or face - to - face negotiations. It includes: export goods transacted in the normal way; barter trade (excluding border - area barter trade); goods withdrawn from the bonded warehouse for sale within China; export goods with loan assistance; goods exported temporarily (not to be re - imported); finished products processed by foreign - invested enterprises with domestic materials for export, and imported goods such as food for tourist hotels.

I. How to Entrust Our Company with Export

  1. First, you have confirmed the export order with your foreign client (and the manufacturing factory).
  2. You need to inform your foreign client that we are your export agent.
  3. Please ask your foreign client to remit the payment for goods payable to you (or issue a letter of credit) to our company's account.
  4. After receiving the payment, our company will pay the factory according to your instructions (the factory shall issue a corresponding value - added tax invoice).
  5. After production inspection and other procedures are completed, you can deliver the goods to our company's foreign trade warehouse (any port in China is acceptable), or we can arrange for loading.
  6. You can instruct our company to charter a ship, book shipping space, handle customs declaration and shipping on your behalf, or you can use the freight forwarder designated by you or your foreign client.
  7. Our company will prepare or obtain all the documents required for your export (including commodity inspection, tax refund, verification, and certificate - handling).
  8. After the business is completed, our company will list all the actual expenses and settle with you.

II. Service Content of Foreign Trade Export

  1. Export services, including: export proceeds collection; certificate of origin, Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) certificate of origin; export customs declaration, commodity inspection, insurance inspection, and related services.
  2. Accepting letters of credit for export collection, and accepting other settlement methods such as TT (telegraphic transfer) and D/P (documents against payment).
  3. Acting as an agent to handle export tax - refund procedures for clients.
  4. Acting as an agent and handling various export - related approval documents, quotas, and licenses.
  5. Accepting entrustment from foreign clients to find domestic sellers on behalf of the principal.
